The tree of life is a quick and fun way of reflecting on how you currently see yourself. It can be a good measure of how resilient you are feeling and can help you to raise your self-awareness.


Step 1.

Look at the tree and try to choose which image best represents how you are feeling right now. Challenge yourself to be as honest as possible. Be clear about why you have chosen this particular image, and about what stopped you from picking another one.

Step 2.

Look at the tree again and decide if there is another image that you’d like to be. Which other images appeal to you? Why is this?

Step 3.

Try to describe where this new image could take you? What’s stopping your from getting there at the moment? What are the steps you could take to make this a reality?
